"This the beet soup recipe from Pat & Mel. We had sour cream as a garnish there and I used yogurt here. Both were good." -Mom

  • 1/2 cup salad or olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, cut into quarters
