Base:

1 large head of Romaine lettuce

Dressing:

1/2 cup salad or olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove of garlic, cut into quarters
