Base:
- 1 large head of Romaine lettuce
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup salad or olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, cut into quarters
Topping:
