Jane’s Cranberry Salad

This is so good! I make it every Thanksgiving.

Simmer for 15 minutes:

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup water

Add:

  • 1 cup sugar

Continue to simmer 5 minutes more.  Remove from heat then add:.

  • 1  package (85 gram) cherry jello
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.

Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
