Brown and drain:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion (or onion powder)

Add:

  • 2 cans hot chilli beans
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup picante sauce (mild or hot)

Serve with:

  • shredded cheddar cheese (on top)
  • corn bread (on side)

Brown and drain excess fat:

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion

Spread in the bottom of an 8 inch square pan.  Mix the following as directed and spread over the hamburger layer:

1 small box instant mashed potatoes (sour cream and chives flavor)

Top with:

shredded cheddar cheese

Bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF.

Prepare as directed and place in greased 9x13 pan:

1 box stove top stuffing mix

Cook and spread over first layer:

2 cups (uncooked) or 4 cups (cooked) rice

Spread over rice:

4-6 cups turkey or chicken (cooked and cubed)

Mix and pour over chicken layer:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk

Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350ºF.  More soup may be used if desired.
