Flour and bake at 325ºF for 30-45 minutes, until browned:

rabbit pieces or turkey hindquarter pieces

Mix together and pour over browned meat:

1/2 onion (chopped)
8 oz. chicken stock
1 can beer
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cover and bake another 1 1/2 hours at 350ºF.  Remove the meat and make gravy out of the pan juices.  Serve with mashed potatoes.
