Honey Mustard Sauce

I usually keep this in the fridge in a pint jar and heat some when needed.

Mix together and heat until smooth and bubbly:

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup prepared mustard

Thicken (if desired) with:

  • cornstarch (dissolved in small amount of water)
