Mote con Huesillo

This is super good, for dessert.

1 kg dried peaches
1/2 kg processed wheat
sugar to taste

Wash the peaches and leave to soak overnight. Later, in the same water, put to boil until they are osft.  Add sugar to taste during the cooking.  At the end, prepare a caramel (cooked sugar) and add to the peaches.

Cook the wheat (similar to the prep of rice, in order to calculate the water and length of time) until it is soft.  Allow to cool and serve.

Add the wheat to the peach mixture, and don't let cool completely...just until it is cool enough to eat.
