2 cups of beans (they are white...)
2 sausages
1 onion cut in small pieces
1/2 package of spaghetti
1/4 kg of squash, cut in cubesj
salt and seasoning to taste (not meant to be spicy)

Allow the beans to soak overnight, then rinse and put to cook in 2 litres of cold water until they are soft.  Add salt, seasoning and the squash.  In a different frying pan, cook the sausages in slices (small) and the onion.

1 chicken or 1 kg beef
8 potatoes
8  pieces of corn cob (ie 3 cobs cut in 3)
4 carrots in bite size pieces
1 packet green beans (i think like half of the big bags bought in stores)
3 scoops (cups?) of rice
1 onion, cut in 4
salt, oregano, pepper to taste

(For 8)

This is super good, for dessert.

Spicy Salsa that i ate with deep fried dough, but it would also be really good with a healthier alternative.
