Porcupines

We all enjoy having this as a main dish.  I usually double the recipe hoping for some leftovers.

Mix the following, shape into balls, and place in greased baking dish:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix the following and pour over the meatballs:

1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350ºF.  Uncover, and cook 15 minutes more.
