Coat and place in 9x13 pan:
1 rabbit (cut up)
3 Tbsp. Olive oil (for both the rabbit and the pan)
Drizzle over top:
low-fat Ranch dressing
Mix together and spread over rabbit:
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Johneys seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 sprig of parsley (fresh chopped)
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350ºF.
