Combine:
- 2 cups dry milk
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup instant chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1 pkg. Butter Buds
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dried basil (crushed) (optional)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme (crushed) (optional)
Store in an airtight container in a cool place (makes 3 cups). To use: 1/3 cup mix with 1 1/4 cup water, cook and stir until thick, then add mushrooms, potato, celery (cooked) or chicken (cooked and cubed).
