I used to make this for church gatherings at A/G when I still lived at home.  I still like to do the same now.  The boys always made sure that I made a second pan for the family for Sunday dinner.  There is not usually any left--at church or at home.

Sister in law Nellie gave me this recipe.  It is a nice meat dish.  I usually serve potatoes, vegetables and salad with it.
