Those of you who like dressing with poultry - this is great.

4 cups diced, cooked chicken

To prepare the dressing, measure into a large bowl:

8 cups dried bread cubes
1 tsp. sage

Sauté and add to bread cubes:

2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Add:

2 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 cups milk    

Add salt and pepper to taste.  Layer half of dressing, half of chicken, remaining dressing , remaining chicken in a greased 9x13 pan.

To make gravy, mix:

1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 cup flour

Add slowly:

4 cups broth.

Pour gravy over chicken and dressing.  Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
