Dessert for the Burns supper! The kids were nervous so we cut quite far back on the whiskey volume.
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 6 Tbsp. oats
- 7 Tbsp. whiskey
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 lb raspberries
- Fresh mint to garnish
Toast oats in a pan (making sure not to burn). Whip cream to soft peak, then fold in whiskey, honey, oats, and berries. Serve in glasses, garnished with additional berries and mint.
