Health Bread

1 cup milk
1 cup raisins
1 cup All Bran
1 cup graham flour
1 cup dry oatmeal (old fashioned or quick)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup boiling water
2 Tbsp. dark molasses

Pour boiling water over raisins and soda.  Let soak then add rest of ingredients and mix well.  Pour into greased loaf pan.  Bake 1 hour at 350ºF.
