Cook as package directs:
1 lb. lasagna noodles
Combine the following:
24 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 eggs (beaten)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
In frying pan, brown together and add:
2 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic
1 can tomato paste (added after meat is brown)
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Simmer the above together for about 5 minutes. Using a large, greased roaster or lasagna pan, layer half of each: the noodles, then cheese filling, then meat filling then:
2 cups (16 oz.) mozzarella cheese (grated)
Repeat the layers. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350ºF then remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
