We had buckets of this at our wedding reception. Literally.
To make 1 gallon of dip
Put all of this in a colander to drain:
4 15oz cans black-eyed peas
2 15oz cans white shoe peg corn
2 15oz cans yellow niblet corn
2 15oz cans black beans
1 16oz pickled banana peppers
Drain for 30 minutes.
Then, add:
6 chopped tomatoes
2 bunches green onions
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 chopped bell peppers
2-3 16oz bottles fat-free Italian dressing
Serve with tortilla chips.
