Supposedly it takes more calories to chew this than the salad provides!

Mix together:

  • 3 medium carrots (julienned)
  • 1 bunch broccoli (washed and broken into pieces)
  • 1 small head of cauliflower (washed and broken up)
  • 1 green pepper (sliced, seeds removed)
  • 4 green onions (chopped) or 1 small red onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup radishes (sliced)
  • chow mein noodles (if desired)

Put over:

  • 3/4 cup Lo Cal Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (prepared according to directions)

Serve.
