This is an unusually, but very good flavored yogurt. This recipe came from a cooking class Erica took at our local co-op, taught by Rupa Dash.
4 cups (32 oz) plain yogurt
1 can pineapple, drained
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
cumin and chili powder to taste
Mix all ingredients and serve! It's surprisingly refreshing. Serves 8, as a side.
Alternative: Instead of pineapple you could try cucumbers with tomatoes, diced boiled potatoes, or jicama.
